A design concept for a contemporary luxury villa in the Jumeirah district of Dubai. The client wanted interiors that felt unmistakably Middle Eastern in character while functioning for modern family life.
Client Brief
The client requested open, flowing living spaces with natural light as the focal point. Entertaining areas needed to accommodate large gatherings, while private quarters required calm and privacy.
Design Approach
We developed a palette of warm stone, brushed metals, and natural timber, grounded by neutral tones with accent colours drawn from the desert landscape. The floor plan connects indoor and outdoor living through full-height glazing and covered terraces.
Outcome
The concept delivers a villa that feels spacious, luxurious, and rooted in its surroundings. Every room has a clear purpose and a distinct atmosphere, unified by a consistent material language throughout.
