Our Lead Designer, Syed Salim Chishti, starts every project with hand-drawn sketches. This is not a gimmick. it is how the best ideas are born. You will see multiple layout options and design directions before we commit to anything digital.

Step 3. Photorealistic 3D Visualisation
Once we agree on a direction, our team produces detailed 3D renders that show you exactly what your finished space will look like. down to the fabric on the sofas, the grain of the wood, and the warmth of the lighting. No surprises. No guesswork.

Step 4. Technical Drawings & Material Selection
We produce complete architectural and construction drawings, along with a detailed material specification document. We guide you through material choices. marble vs. porcelain, hardwood vs. engineered wood, imported vs. locally sourced. so you can make informed decisions that suit your taste and your budget.

Step 5. Budget Planning
Every design comes with a clear, itemised cost estimate. We do not design spaces you cannot afford to build. If your budget is PKR 1 million, we design for PKR 1 million. and we make it look like 3 million.
