This concept presents our vision for a modern corporate office in Ras Al Khaimah’s growing business district. The proposal showcases our expertise in commercial interior design — our core speciality — creating workspaces that boost productivity, impress clients, and reflect corporate identity.
Design Brief
A 3,000 sq ft office space for a consultancy firm requiring executive offices, an open-plan team area, meeting rooms, a reception zone, and a staff break room. The brief called for a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that communicates credibility and innovation.
Key Design Elements
The proposed concept features an impressive reception area with branded feature wall and custom reception desk, a CEO office with executive desk, built-in library shelving, and lounge seating, an open-plan workspace with ergonomic stations and acoustic partitions, two meeting rooms — one formal boardroom, one collaborative huddle space, a staff kitchen and break room with casual seating and refreshment station, and integrated cable management and technology provisions throughout.
