This concept showcases our design approach for a contemporary luxury villa in the Jumeirah district of Dubai. The proposal blends modern Middle Eastern elegance with functional living, featuring open-plan layouts, natural stone finishes, and custom furniture designed in-house.
Design Brief
A four-bedroom villa requiring a complete interior transformation — from reception areas and family lounge to master suite and outdoor entertaining spaces. The client brief called for a warm, contemporary aesthetic with traditional Arabic design elements integrated subtly throughout.
Key Design Elements
The proposed concept features a grand entrance foyer with Italian marble flooring and a bespoke console table, an open-plan living and dining area with custom sectional sofa and dining set, a kitchen with handleless cabinetry and quartz island countertop, a master bedroom suite with upholstered feature wall and walk-in wardrobe, ambient lighting design combining chandelier accents with recessed LED systems, and outdoor terrace lounge with weather-resistant custom furniture.
Materials & Finishes
The palette draws on warm neutrals — sandstone, champagne gold, and deep walnut — complemented by brushed brass fixtures and soft linen textures. All bespoke furniture pieces in this concept can be manufactured in our workshop in Pakistan to the exact specifications shown.
